Tiffany was born in Shreveport, LA. Having an interest in modeling at a very young age, she moved to California in 2006 as an adult where she worked in the industry for 10 years. Primarily promotional modeling which is where she worked multiple events becoming a brand ambassador for several brands. She sought interest in health and fitness having to maintain a lean figure as a model consistently introduced her to anatomy where she pursued interest in the wellness world.

By 2016 She started her own independent fitness business to help people overcome health issues due to excessive body fat and bad diets. This was something she was very passionate in helping people overcome with the Science behind the body. In doing so she has helped reverse pre-diabetes and other chronic diseases in several clients, as well as members of her family, and continues today helping people overcome their wellness challenges.

Due to this epidemic crisis of our human race she continues to build her knowledge and value in the industry, striving to always push forward.  She believes there is never a bad day at the gym. Working out is not just looking good on the outside, it’s about feeling great on the inside.
